RacquetPro is an application designed to help racquet sports coaches and players organize lessons, schedules, activities, and related calendar information.
Certain features may allow users to connect their Google Calendar to manage and synchronize scheduled activities.
Some features of RacquetPro may require you to create or use an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your account credentials secure.
You agree not to use RacquetPro for unlawful purposes or in a way that could harm the service or other users.
RacquetPro may allow you to connect your Google Calendar to use calendar-related features.
Google Calendar access is requested only when you choose to use calendar features within RacquetPro.
Your use of Google Calendar through RacquetPro is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
You may revoke RacquetPro's access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Account settings.
You agree to use RacquetPro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

RacquetPro and its software, design, branding, content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to RacquetPro and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property belonging to RacquetPro.

We do not guarantee that the application will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
RacquetPro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the application for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RacquetPro and its owners, developers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the application.
We may suspend or terminate access to RacquetPro if you violate these Terms or use the application in a manner that may harm the service or other users.
You may stop using RacquetPro at any time.
Your use of RacquetPro is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, protected, and handled when you use RacquetPro.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of RacquetPro after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.
